Shipping Cost
QC & ON
- For all orders with a sub-total of 50$ or over, you will receive Free Shipping.
- For all orders with a sub-total between 19.99$ and 49.99$, there is a low flat rate fee of 9.99$.
- For all orders with a sub-total under 19.99$, there is a flat fee of 11.99$
Rest of Canada
- Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not ship outside QC & ON. Rest assured, it is in our plans to get our products to every corner of Canada.

When applicable, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
Shipping Time
We cannot guarantee the delivery of your order as once your order has been shipped, delivery time is in the hands of the courier.
For this reason, we ask our customers, to please, allow 2-8 business days for their order to arrive.
Some remote locations may have longer shipping times and delays can be expected in busier periods such as Black Friday and the holidays. We suggest ordering in advance to curb these delays.
All Canadian orders include tracking information sent directly by email.
Shipping International
We do not offer shipping outside of Canada at the moment. However, we have plans to expand soon. Subscribe to our mailing list to stay tuned!
Damaged Or Missing Items
Damaged Products: if you receive an order that is damaged we MUST receive images of the damaged product for Quality Control and also to provide to the courier in the event the courier is responsible for the damages. Damaged products MUST be reported within 48 hours of the product being delivered.
Missing Items: if you receive an order with missing product(s), you MUST contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and an image/copy of the packing slip must be submitted to: contact@erostrength.com to be refunded or missing items sent.
