Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food items. This policy is in place to ensure product safety, quality control, and compliance with food handling regulations.

If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help. Please read below for how we handle specific cases.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email contact@erostrength.com with the following:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item(s)

  • A photo of the packaging

  • Your order number

We use this information for internal quality control and to file claims with the carrier. Once verified, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.

Missing Items

If something is missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • A photo of the packing slip

  • A list of the missing item(s)

  • Your order number

Once verified, we’ll ship out the missing items or issue a refund.

Final Sale Items

All food products, clearance items, gift cards, and glass jars are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds (if applicable)

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
