2-Ingredient Energy Balls Recipe — Quick & Healthy Snack

Looking for a quick snack that’s healthy and delicious? These 2-ingredient Energy Balls are perfect for busy mornings, pre-workout fuel, or a post-workout recovery snack. With just a banana and your favourite ero oats, you can whip up a nutrient-packed treat in under 15 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana

  • ~¾ cup ero oats (I’m using the cacao flavour for a rich chocolate taste)

Of course, you can add whatever you like, but the ero cacao-flavoured oats already come packed with cacao nibs, hazelnuts, cocoa powder, and dates, giving your energy balls a deliciously rich and crunchy boost.


Instructions

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl.

  2. Mix in the ero oats until well combined.

  3. Roll into bite-sized balls (about strawberry-sized).

  4. Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes.

I usually get 10–11 balls, perfect for busy mornings. Whether you’re rushing to work, eating in the car, or grabbing a quick bite at the office.
